PM Modi urges countrymen to take 10 resolutions on Vijayadashami

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi performed Ravana Dahan at the Dussehra program at DDA Ground in Dwarka, Delhi on Tuesday. Where he urged the countrymen to take 10 resolutions including raising the socio-economic status of at least one poor family.

PM Modi was given a traditional welcome by the organizers on the stage of the venue. Here a large number of people were eagerly waiting to see ‘Ravana Dahan’.Prime Minister Modi started his speech with the slogan ‘Siyavar Ramchandra ki Jai’ and wished the citizens a happy Navratri and Vijayadashami.

He also asked every countryman to take 10 resolutions.In his speech he said, I congratulate the entire country on Vijayadashami. It is the festival of victory of good over evil. We perform Ravana Dahan every year but this is not enough.

This festival is also a festival of repeating resolutions. Making an indirect attack on the I.N.D.I.A alliance which is pushing for caste census across the country, PM Modi said that ‘Ravana Dahan’ should not be just about burning an effigy, but about the efforts of those forces. We should also be concerned about those who try to divide ‘Maa Bharati’ in the name of casteism and regionalism.

PM Narendra Modi called for eliminating distortions like casteism and regionalism that harm harmony in the society. He further said in his address that the construction of Lord Ram temple at Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya is a symbol of the victory of patience.
