PM Modi:Prime Minister Narendra has given a statement for the first time on the issue of the alleged failed conspiracy to murder Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu. According to the information received, in an interview, PM Modi said, ‘If someone gives us any information, we will definitely investigate that matter.

But will look into.The Prime Minister said, ‘If any of our citizens has done anything good or bad, we are ready to look into it. Our commitment is towards the rule of law.

Let us tell you that federal prosecutors in America have alleged that a person named Nikhil Gupta had conspired with an Indian government official to murder terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, which could not succeed. Pannu has citizenship of America and Canada.

India has termed the US linking an Indian official with a man accused of plotting the killing of a Sikh separatist on American soil as a matter of concern. The Ministry of External Affairs has said that further action will be taken based on the findings of the committee formed to investigate the allegations.

Gurpatwant Singh Pannu was declared a ‘designated individual terrorist’ by the Government of India on July 1, 2020. Pannun has been under the NIA radar since 2019 when the anti-terrorism agency registered its first case against him.

Prime Minister Modi expressed his concern about extremist activities and said, India is ‘deeply concerned about the activities of some extremist groups based abroad.’ He said, ‘Under the guise of freedom of expression, these elements indulge in violence, intimidation and Engaged in instigating. ,

PM Modi said, ‘I do not think it is appropriate to link some incidents with diplomatic relations between the two countries.’
