Preparations are in full swing for the consecration of Ramlala in Ayodhya Ram temple. Security personnel have taken up positions on January 22. Along with the security personnel, NSG and SPG have also taken command. Now only a few hours are left for Ram Lal’s life to be consecrated.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who went to the Ranganathaswamy temple, was given a gift by the priests to take to the Ram temple in Ayodhya. On behalf of the presiding priests of the ancient temple in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, the Prime Minister was given a gift in a basket, which will be taken to the Ram temple in Ayodhya.

Meanwhile, PM Modi on Saturday listened to verses from the 12th century epic ‘Kambaramayanam’ written by Tamil poet Kambar.Private jet parking lots at airports near Ayodhya are full and shops are out of gold-plated idols as wealthy devotees prepare for the invite-only inauguration ceremony of one of Hinduism’s holiest temples.

Officials estimate that 100 private jets will land at Ayodhya airport on January 22, filling it to full capacity. Slots are also filled in Varanasi, a city about four hours away by car, as well as jet slots at Gorakhpur Airport, which is a three-hour drive away.

This event is also promoting jewelers and gold traders. Some retailers say gold and gold-plated idols and temple replicas of Lord Ram – priced between 30,000 rupees ($361) and 220,000 rupees ($2,647) – are so popular that they have run out of stock. He told that some items were imported from Thailand.
