PM Modi will inaugurate Yashobhoomi in Dwarka on September 17

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to give a big gift to the people of Delhi on the occasion of his birthday on 17th September. PM Modi will dedicate to the nation the India International Convention and Expo Center named Yashobhoomi in Dwarka, Delhi tomorrow.

At present the first phase of this center is ready. The convention center with a seating capacity of 11 thousand people will take time till March 2025 to be completely ready. But before that it will be opened for events in a phased manner.

Officials said that spread over a project area of more than 8.9 lakh square meters and a constructed area of more than 1.8 lakh square meters, it will be among the largest meetings, conferences and exhibitions facilities in the world.

Yashobhoomi has a total of 15 convention halls and 13 meeting halls, with a total capacity of 11,000 delegates. The main auditorium and grand ballroom are also present in the convention center built on an area of more than 73 thousand square meters.

When Yashobhoomi is completely ready, it will be Asia’s largest convention center. Whose capacity will be double that of Bharat Mandapam located at Pragati Maidan in Delhi.
