Rampur. SP’s strong leader Azam Khan’s difficulties have increased again. First Azam Khan’s MLA went, after that the younger son of the MLA from Swar was also punished. Now the MP-MLA court has issued a warrant against his elder son Adeeb Azam Khan. Apart from Adeeb, a bailable warrant has been issued against 6 including SP MLA Naseer Khan.
The whole matter is related to grabbing the land of the farmers. In 2019, a case was registered in police station Azim Nagar in connection with the land grabbing of farmers. In this case, 12 people including Azam Khan are accused. It is alleged that the land of farmers was captured and merged with Johar University.
In this whole matter 6 accused including Azam Khan were appearing in the court and were also applying for attendance waiver. But 6 accused including Adeeb Azam and Naseer Khan were neither reaching the court nor their application for pardon. After which the court has issued bailable warrants against all.
