Sharad Pawar rejects opposition’s demand for JPC in Adani case, Congress says – this is his view

Mumbai. NCP leader Sharad Pawar has distanced himself from the Congress attitude. He said on the Hindenburg controversy that Adani is being targeted. Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar has not supported the demand for a JPC inquiry in the case of Adani Group.

Welcoming the committee formed by the Supreme Court in an interview given to a news channel, he said that it is being investigated, so there is more hope that the truth will come out.

Former Union Minister Sharad Pawar has said that JPC investigation is of no importance after the court’s decision. After this statement, there has been a rift in the opposition unity. NCP Chief Sharad Pawar, supporting Gautam Adani, said that an industrial group was targeted.

He said that Hindenburg’s report was given more weight than necessary and the matter should be investigated by the Supreme Court Committee only. After this statement of Sharad Pawar, Congress leader Jairam Ramesh has said that this may be his own views.

He said, ’19 opposition parties are united in this matter. We all consider this whole matter very serious. 20 opposition parties including NCP are together against BJP.
