Bilaspur. The stage broke during a torch rally organized by the Congress to protest against the abolition of Lok Sabha membership of Rahul Gandhi in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. After which all the leaders and workers who climbed on it fell down. It can be clearly seen in one of its videos
