Srinagar. A boat filled with school children sank in the Jhelum river in Gandbal area of Srinagar, the capital of Jammu and Kashmir. In this accident, at least 4 school children died due to drowning, while 12 people were saved. Of these, 3 people have been admitted to SMHS Hospital
