Gurugram. The troubles of famous YouTuber Elvish Yadav, who was arrested in the case of suspected use of snake venom for intoxication at a party in Noida and is lodged in the jail in Luxor, Gautam Buddha Nagar, are going to increase further. Now the district police will obtain the production warrant of Elvish Yadav in the case of allegedly assaulting YouTuber Sagar Thakur alias Maxtern in a mall shop in Gurugram.
The senior officer said that the police will soon file a petition in the Ghaziabad court to arrest and produce the accused on warrant. Not only this, after getting information about all the people who were with him at the time of the attack, the police will arrest them.
Additional station in-charge of Sector-53 police station, Bijendra Singh, said that Elvish was given a notice to appear in the assault case on Monday. He told that even though he has been arrested by Noida Police, no information has been given to Gurugram Police by Elvish’s advocate.
In fact, on March 8, a video of Elvish Yadav had surfaced in which he along with some of his associates is seen beating Sagar Thakur. Gurugram Police had issued two notices to Elvish Yadav to join the investigation, but he did not appear.
Meanwhile, Yadav shared a video in which he claimed that the entire incident was pre-planned by Sagar. Later Yadav shared another video from his social media account and apologized. Elvish Yadav was arrested by Noida Police on Sunday.
