Numerous individuals have reportedly reached out to SAFEMA officials, expressing interest in participating in this auction. It is worth noting that Dawood and his siblings spent part of their childhood in this location.Dawood and his family still have many properties in Khed area of Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, out of which SAFEMA is auctioning 4 properties today i.e. on 5th January. The price of all four properties is said to be Rs 19 lakh.

But since it is the property of Dawood Ibrahim, this property is being auctioned for the second time.Last time no one had shown the courage to buy his land in Dawood’s name. For this reason, these four properties are being auctioned once again.

According to the rules, if this property is not auctioned this time too, then SAFEMA will auction it for the last time. Four properties in Khed taluka of Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra are in the name of Dawood Ibrahim’s mother Amina Bi.
