Udaipur. After ED raid on the premises of Rajasthan PCC Chief Govind Singh Dotasara, now the politics of the state has heated up with the raid on the house of Gehlot government cabinet minister Udaylal Anjana.
Which agency has raided Anjana’s house has not been fully disclosed yet. According to sources, it is being called an income tax raid. Raids have been conducted simultaneously at eight locations in Anjana.
Anjana is a three-time MLA from Nimbahera assembly constituency of Chittorgarh. Anjana is the minister of Cooperative Department. This time also Congress has made him its candidate from there. Teams are said to have come from outside Rajasthan to raid Anjana’s house.
Anjana is a senior Congress leader and minister. He is a big face of Congress in Mewar region of Rajasthan. After the information about the raid at Anjana’s house, the Congress camp has come in an aggressive mood and has accused the BJP and the Central Government of misuse of ED and IT agencies.
The news of the raid at Anjana’s house spread like wildfire in Udaipur city and state and became popular on social media. Whereas BJP’s Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Kirodilal Meena has called Congress’s allegations baseless.
