Lucknow: The monsoon session of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly has started from today. Earlier, a meeting of the BJP Legislature Party was held in Lok Bhavan, Lucknow on Monday. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya and Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak were also present in this meeting.
This was the first meeting after the results of the Lok Sabha elections, in which CM Yogi, Brajesh Pathak and Keshav Prasad Maurya were seen together. This picture has come after continuous meetings in Delhi for the last few days, which is important as a party. For some time, speculations are being made that everything is not going well in the UP unit of BJP.
In the meeting, CM Yogi said, ‘Allies of all parties are welcome. The heights that have been achieved under the guidance of Modi ji in the last 7 years are unprecedented, unforgettable and exemplary. The proceedings of the House should run smoothly and all the honorable members, whether it is the ruling party or the opposition, should be able to cooperate in the development of Uttar Pradesh. For this, I will appeal to all the honorable public representatives.
I would especially like to ask my colleagues from the opposition to draw the attention of the House to whatever issues they would like to raise. The government is committed to solving every problem related to the people of the state. The House is a platform for discussion and the government will be fully present to answer them. I would appeal to all the members of the honourable House to make a positive contribution so that the proceedings can go on smoothly.
