Prayagraj. A big news has come out from UP’s confluence city Prayagraj. A big accident took place in Prayagraj on Sunday. A total of 9 students drowned in Sangam, out of which four students have been saved, the rest are being searched.
Teams of water police, divers and SDRF are engaged in the search. In fact, two groups of students had come to bathe at Sangam late on Sunday evening. One group of students was riding on the boat while the other group was having fun outside.
At the same time, the boat overturned in the middle of the stream due to a strong storm. Seeing this, the companions of the other group jumped to save them. During this, a total of 9 students of two groups started drowning in deep water.
Due to this, people around started making noise. The water police and SDRF team present at the confluence saved 4 drowning youths with the help of a motor boat, while five youths got drowned in deep water.
The search operation of police and SDRF teams went on for 4 hours, but nothing could be found about the five youths. As soon as the information about the drowning of 5 students was received, the officers of the police administration reached the ghat.
Due to the night, there was also a problem in the search operation. Even after searching for a long time, there was no trace of him.
