Uttarkashi: A very good news has emerged for the laborers and their families trapped under the debris for about 17 days. The rescue operation is expected to be completed very soon. It is expected that all 41 workers can come out of the tunnel by late evening today, for this preparations have also been started outside the tunnel.
A large number of policemen have been deployed around the tunnel. Doctors have also been deployed along with 41 ambulances. Because the manual drilling being carried out for the rescue operation is almost complete. Only 5 meters distance is left now.
Meanwhile, today the Prime Minister spoke to CM Pushkar Singh Dhami over phone and said that the families of the workers trapped in the tunnel should not face any kind of problem. Apart from this, he also said that the safety of the teams engaged in the rescue operation should also be taken care of.
The family members of the workers have been asked to reach near the tunnel with warm clothes. The movement outside the Silkyara Tunnel has intensified. After the rescue, the workers will be taken to the hospital. Tunnel expert Arnold Dix said that we will get success soon.
