New Delhi: There is currently relief from the harshness of winter in some states of North India including Delhi-NCR and UP-Bihar. However, the rain in many states including Bihar and UP on February 14 has once again increased the chill. The weather of Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurugram is currently mixed, but there are going to be many changes in it in the coming days.
The climate of Delhi-NCR may change in the next few days, because the Meteorological Department has predicted rain. Not only this, due to snowfall in hilly states like Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir, the cold in the plains may increase once again.
According to the Meteorological Department, winter is not completely over yet. There may be a drop in temperature in the coming days, because there will be snowfall in the hilly areas before rain in the plains. Very heavy snowfall is expected in Jammu-Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh on 19 February.
Rain and snowfall in the mountains will continue on February 20. There will be rain on 21st February also but it will be in weaker condition than before. Now North India has also got relief from fog.According to Skymet Weather, a weather information website, today i.e.
on February 15, light to moderate rain is possible in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Sikkim. Also, light rain may occur at one or two places in Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
There will be snowfall again in the mountains in the coming few days, due to which the severity of winter may increase once again. Rain and snowfall may start in Jammu and Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand from February 17 and continue till February 21.
Between February 19 and 21, scattered rain is expected in parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, North Rajasthan and Western Uttar Pradesh. Dense fog conditions may occur at 1 or 2 places in Odisha.
