The Meteorological Department has said in its latest forecast that in the coming days, the outbreak of heat will increase further in many states of the country. On the other hand, there is a possibility of good rain in the northeastern states.
Between May 16 and 19, there is a possibility of heavy rains in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura. IMD has said that due to Western Disturbance, there may be rain or drizzle in some areas of Delhi on Wednesday i.e. today.
Although this is not going to provide any special relief in temperature. According to the Meteorological Department, in the next few days, the temperature of Delhi can cross 43 degrees and normal life can be affected.
There is a possibility of light rain, thunderstorm and dust storm in Delhi-NCR till May 18. By the weekend, the temperature in Delhi can reach around 43-44 degrees and next week the temperature will fall again.
On the other hand, if we talk about today’s weather in other states of the country, there is a possibility of light to moderate rains in the Northeast and heavy rains in some places. Dust storm may occur in parts of Rajasthan, South Haryana and Delhi.
