Weather Update: Due to the entry of monsoon in most of the states of the country, the process of rain has started. Heavy rain alert has been issued in Maharashtra for the next two days.
At the same time, monsoon has knocked in Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh as well. Due to which a rain warning has been issued till June 29. Orange alert has been issued in Delhi while Yellow alert has been issued in NCR.
It is raining havoc in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Landslide incidents are coming to the fore at various places. The water level of rivers and drains has increased. Flood situation has arisen in Haryana’s Panchkula.
For the last few days, in most of the states of the country, the heat had made the condition of the people miserable. But now people have started getting relief from the scorching heat. The Meteorological Department has told that the entry of monsoon has been done in most of the states of North India including Delhi-NCR.
At the same time, monsoon has also arrived in Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh. Monsoon knocked due to rains in Delhi-NCR on Sunday. Although usually the entry of monsoon in the national capital Delhi is by June 27, but this time it has reached 2 days earlier.
The India Meteorological Department has told that the conditions are favorable regarding the southwest monsoon and there is a possibility of heavy rains for the next 6 days in many other states of the country including Delhi-NCR.
