Ranchi. The weather remained dry in Jharkhand’s capital Ranchi during the last 24 hours. Whereas in the state, the highest temperature of 46.4 degrees was recorded in Baharagora and the lowest temperature was 24.1 degrees in Godda. Humid conditions were seen in some districts like Jamshedpur, Bokaro, Chaibasa and Seraikela.
Talking about Monday’s weather, there is a possibility of rain in some districts today, which will provide some relief to people from the heat.Ranchi Meteorological Center scientist Abhishek Anand said that there is a possibility of rain in the state today. The effect of the low depression formed in the Bay of Bengal will be seen in the state. It will have more impact especially in the eastern districts of the state.
This will cause a slight drop in the maximum temperature and people will get some respite from the heat. At the same time, there are chances of heatwave in some districts, due to which people need to remain alert.If we talk about today’s weather, there is a possibility of light rain in some districts. Light rain may occur in Simdega, West and East Singhbhum, Seraikela Kharsawan, Gumla, Lohardaga, Ranchi. Due to this, a drop of three to four degrees in the maximum temperature is possible.
At the same time, an alert has also been issued regarding heatwave in some districts. Like in Deoghar, Dumka, Jamtara and Godda there is a need to be careful of heat wave.Talking about today’s possible maximum temperature, maximum 41 degree and minimum 28 degree in Deoghar, Dhanbad, Dumka, Giridih, Godda, Jamtara, Pakur and Sahibganj, maximum 41 degree and minimum in Koderma, Chatra, Garhwa, Latehar, Lohardaga and Palamu.
27 degrees, maximum 38 degrees and minimum 25 degrees in Bokaro, Ramgarh, Hazaribagh, Ranchi, Khunti and Gumla, maximum 42 degrees and minimum 27 degrees in East and West Singhbhum, Seraikela Kharsawan and Simdega.
