Rain likely in Delhi-NCR, heatwave alert in 5 states

New Delhi. There may be light rain or drizzle in Delhi-NCR today. Due to this even today the people of Delhi-NCR will get relief from the heat and the weather can remain pleasant.

According to IMD, on June 2, the maximum temperature in Delhi can be 35 degree Celsius. On the other hand, there is a possibility of rain or thundershower with thunderstorm at many places in western Uttar Pradesh.

According to IMD, there is a possibility of heavy rains at many places in Kerala today. IMD has predicted hailstorm with lightning and strong winds at different places in Uttarakhand.

According to IMD, there is a possibility of heat wave in different areas of Bihar, West Bengal and Sikkim, Madhya Maharashtra, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh.

IMD has today issued forecast for Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Karnataka, Lakshadweep, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal. There is a possibility of rain with lightning and strong thunderstorms at different places.
