Washington. Oceangate, the company that operates the Titanic, has learned no lesson despite the explosion of the Titanic while diving to reveal the wreckage and killing all five passengers on board.
Nearly 10 days after the gruesome incident that attracted worldwide attention, the Oceangate company is still advertising tours of the Titanic shipwreck on its website.
According to a news from the British online newspaper ‘Independent’, the advertisement of 2 trips to go to the wreck of Titanic for the next year is still present on the company’s website.
According to Oceangate’s website, the deep sea exploration company is planning two tours of the Titanic next year, from June 12 to June 20 and June 21 to June 29, at a cost of $250,000.
This fare includes the cost of one submarine dive, private accommodation, all necessary training, expedition equipment and onboard meals. The company said that on the first day, passengers will arrive in the seaside town of St. John’s to meet their expedition team and board the ship.
