Kochi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Kerala, Daman and Diu, Dadar and Nagar Haveli and Madhya Pradesh. The Prime Minister’s visit will be from April 24 to April 25, but security agencies are on high alert before the PM’s visit.
The attack was reported during the Prime Minister’s visit to Kochi on April 24. According to Hindustan Times, the state office of Bharatiya Janata Party has received a threatening letter against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The letter mentions the suicide attack during his visit to Kerala.
Since receiving the information, the security arrangements have been tightened considerably in view of the PM’s visit to Kerala. After receiving the letter, the police has intensified the investigation of the case. It is significant that the letter is written in Malayalam language.
Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party state president K. Surendran said that all the scheduled programs will be state. PM Modi is expected to arrive in Kochi on April 24 and inaugurate the state’s first Vande Bharat Express in Thiruvananthapuram the next day.
Detailing the Prime Minister’s schedule during his visit, Surendran had earlier said that the top BJP leader would hold a road show and address a public meeting.
He said, “Prime Minister’s visit to Kerala will accelerate the development of the state. The people of Kerala have high expectations from this visit. PM Modi will do a road show.
People will willingly come to welcome him. ‘Yuvam’ will be. A conference that would mark the beginning of Kerala’s political transformation. Those youth who want development of Kerala beyond party politics will participate in it.
