At the same time, information has also been received from many places about deliberate faulting in the line. Energy Minister AK Sharma warned the workers who went on strike in a stern tone, saying that if they are hiding in the forest, sky or underworld, the workers who faulted the line during the strike will be searched and strict action will be taken.
While addressing a press conference in Lucknow, the Energy Minister said that at present many electricians are on strike. I appeal to the public to maintain patience and restraint during this problem. In many districts on Thursday night many electricians tried to damage the lines. Strict action will be taken against such people by searching them from heaven and earth.
During this, along with the police, the Energy Minister also instructed the DG Vigilance to monitor. He said that the national work has been obstructed by stalling the SLDC in the capital Lucknow.
Strict action will be taken against those who obstruct the electricity works. Many organizations related to electricity workers are supporting the government by separating from the strike. I thank the private government undertakings like NTPC, Bajaj for providing manpower to deal with the strike.
The Energy Minister said that the electricity workers should not go on strike by marking their attendance. Along with this, he said that the process of sacking the outsourcing employees who do not turn up for work will begin. Electricity Corporation is running at a loss of 93 thousand crores. The corporation has a bank loan of 82 thousand crores. The closed bonus from the year 2018-19 has been given this time.
