Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav and other ministers and guests of Bihar government were invited to this party. CM Nitish Kumar had also come to participate in this program. But, amidst political turmoil in Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav stayed away from this program and did not reach Raj Bhavan.

Tejashwi did not attend the programme. Meanwhile, Bihar government minister and JDU leader Ashok Chaudhary, considered close to Nitish Kumar, comes near Nitish Kumar and removes the slip of his name from the chair of Tejashwi Yadav and sits there.
