Patna. The meeting of opposition unity of 15 parties in Bihar is over. After the meeting that lasted for about four hours, the leaders involved in the meeting held a joint press conference. Bihar CM Nitish Kumar while starting the press conference said that it has been a very good meeting, it has been agreed to walk together.
After a few days, another meeting of all the parties will be held. It has been agreed to contest elections together. Nitish Kumar said that Mallikarjun Kharge will hold the next meeting. Probably this meeting will be held next month.
Nitish Kumar said that those who are in the government now are not working in the interest of the country. The challenges that arise regarding the states and the government have also been talked about.
Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge said that they are preparing a common agenda to contest the elections. Will hold a meeting in Shimla on July 10-12, although this is still a tentative date.
Further agenda will be prepared after the meeting. Talking to reporters, Rahul Gandhi said that this fight is a fight of ideology. There will be a meeting again after some time. Rahul Gandhi said that we are all going to move forward in a good way.
Mamta Banerjee said in the press meet that I had asked to hold a meeting in Patna because any mass movement starts from here. We will fight together and don’t call us opposition, we have decided to remove the dictatorial government of BJP.
