New Delhi. The news of earthquake felt in Myanmar has come out this morning. According to the National Center for Seismology, the tremor was felt at 8:15 in the morning.
The intensity of the earthquake on the Richter scale was 4.5. However, there is no information about any loss of life or property so far. Earthquake tremors were felt in many areas of Myanmar on Sunday as well.
The intensity of an earthquake on the Richter scale is estimated like this. If the intensity of the earthquake is 0 to 1.9, then only the information about the earthquake can be obtained through seismography.
Very slight tremor is felt at 2 to 2.9 magnitude. At magnitude 3 to 3.9, it would appear as if a heavy vehicle had passed by. If the intensity is 4 to 4.9, then the things kept in the house can fall below their place.
5 to 5.9 then heavy goods and furniture can also move. If the intensity is 6 to 6.9 then the base of the building may crack. If it goes from 7 to 7.9 then the buildings collapse.
Whereas if it becomes 8 to 8.9 then there is a danger of tsunami, more devastation can come. If it is 9 or more, then a scene of terrible devastation will be seen and the vibration of the earth will be clearly felt.
