According to astrological calculations, the auspicious time for worship of Pawanputra Hanuman will be from 06:06 am to 8:40 am. So Abhijeet Muhurta will be from 12:02 to 12:53 in the afternoon.
On the occasion of Hanuman Janmotsav, Pawan’s son Hanuman ji should wear red or yellow colored clothes during worship. Pawan’s son Hanuman’s favorite flower is red, so red roses and garlands should be offered to him on this day. This year Hanuman Jayanti is being celebrated on Tuesday. Before worshiping Lord Hanuman, one should take bath in Brahma Muhurta. After taking bath, one should wear clean red colored clothes.
After this, red colored flowers should be offered to Pawan’s son Bajrangbali. Sindoor should be mixed with jasmine oil and chola should be offered. Gram or jaggery and coconut should also be offered.
